Hassan Khan is an artist, musician and writer. Recent solo exhibitions include The Keys to the Kingdom, Museo Reina Sofia, Madrid (2019-2020); Host, Kestnergesellschaft, Hannover, Germany (2019-2020); and Sentences for a New Order (2019) Galerie Chantal Crousel. He recently participated in Sharjah Biennale (2015), dOCUMENTA 13 (2012), and New Museum Triennale (2012) amongst other international group shows. As a musician and performer, he regularly performs his music live. His most recent publication An Anthology of Published and Unpublished Writings is co-published by Staedelschule and Koenig Books and his latest album SUPERSTRUCTURE EP was released in 2019 by The Vinyl Factory. Khan is the winner of the Silver Lion Award at the 57th Venice Biennale (2017) and is a Professor of Fine Arts at Städelschule, Frankfurt, Germany.
